New and improved for the 2025 Hamilton Fringe Festival, What If? Improvising Your Alternate Universe is an improv comedy show that fully and hilariously alters reality.
From Thursday July 17th – Sunday July 27th, catch What If? upstairs in the Bright Room of the Staircase Theatre, in Hamilton.

What If? Improvising Your Alternate Universe has been performed in New York City, Toronto, Ottawa & Niagara. The show was selected to perform in the 2017 Del Close Marathon (NYC), SheDot Festival (Toronto) & 420 Comedy Festival (Toronto) and the 2016/17 Big City Improv Festival (Toronto). What If? was first performed January 2016 at Comedy Bar’s Festival of New Formats. The show took a long hiatus and it’s back with a fresh new style, cast and attitude.
